Job description

The Role

Working in a busy but friendly team environment, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for the overall co-ordination of sales office activities and customer service enquiries which will involve working towards set deadlines.

You will be expected to offer excellent customer service and represent the business in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Responding effectively to all types of customer enquiries by telephone and by email.
  • Using the internal office system to respond effectively to customer enquiries.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Keeping customers updated and informed regarding their order progress.
  • Handling customer service issues.
  • Administration & sales support.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • A confident telephone manner.
  • Administration & customer service experience.
  • Overall high standard of customer service.
  • Good IT & office system skills (word, excel, outlook).

Based in Kidderminster.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Salary £18,500 - £20,000.
