My client are a Worcester based industry leader who are building on their sales team as a result of business growth.
This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a Sales Administrator with a 'can-do' attitude, providing hands on sales and marketing administration support to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
As Sales Administrator, you will have a varied role and will be responsible for:
*General support and administration duties as directed (for the sales, finance, marketing and operations team)
*Responding to emails and incoming enquiries as well as dealing with queries over the phone
*Following up quotations and developing strong relationships with clients
*Creating and updating customer records
*Providing sales quotations, negotiating and objection handling
*Update social media and monitor customer service enquiries
To be successful in this Sales Administrator role, you must have previous administration experience. You will also have a positive and team focused attitude to work, be flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. My client prides themselves on their levels of customer service so your approach to customers and providing an excellent service is key. It is essential that you have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be able to take initiative and problem solve. It would be beneficial if you have a knowledge of or interest in mechanics/electrics/physics.
From time to time you may be required to attend exhibitions/customer visits that necessitate you to be able to stay away overnight and due to the client's location you must be able to drive to work.
This is a full-time, temporary to permanent Sales Administrator opportunity based in Worcester. Easily commutable from Stourport, Droitwich, Hartlebury and Malvern.
