Sales & Logistics Administrator

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Stourport (Fully office based)
Circa £27,000 salary
Monday to Thursday 8:15am to 4:45pm, Friday 8:15am to 1:15pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales & Logistics Administrator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business. This is a varied role where you will manage day-to-day sales administration, customer communication and logistics coordination, while supporting production planning activities.

The Role

You will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time, supporting delivery performance and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales orders and quotations on a daily basis
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers (phone and email)
  • Liaising with customers regarding schedules, deliveries and queries
  • Updating and maintaining customer data within the MRP system (Winman)
  • Supporting weekly MRP runs with accurate schedule information
  • Coordinating import/export transport and shipping documentation
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate sales documentation
  • Working closely with Production and Dispatch to ensure on-time delivery
  • Supporting quality procedures in line with ISO/TS standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Sales Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Customer Service role (ideally within manufacturing)
  • Strong IT skills (experience with MRP/ERP systems advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - confident dealing with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
