The Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
Deliver insightful, accurate and timely business information and financial reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
Financial and management accounting services
Support the development and implementation of robust financial frameworks that meet statutory and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing finance team.
Lead on projects that align with strategic objectives and promote innovation and best practice.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified.
Proven experience in a similar senior finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A track record of managing teams and delivering results.
Expertise in accounting regulations and compliance.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
Desirable:
Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Recent project delivery success and advanced systems knowledge.
