My client is specialist market leader in precision measurement equipment and they are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join their R&D Team. As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will lead and inspire the R&D Team to define and design new innovative products.

Senior Product Development Manager Responsibilities;

• Manage and coach the Project Team
• Lead the R&D Team to define and design new innovative products
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to delivery on a range of projects
• Manage and track budgets for Product Development
• Develop and maintain the product strategy

Senior Product Development Manager Experience;

• Degree or equivalent experience in Product management and development
• Proven experience in a product management role is essential
• Experience with instrumentation and precision measurement devices would be advantageous
• Must have proven team leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills are essential
