Supply Chain Planner
Our client looking for a Supply Chain Planner who thrives on technology, excels in data-driven decision-making, and loves the challenge of keeping processes flowing smoothly.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of raw materials and finished goods, managing stock levels through accurate forecasting and effective use of systems to ensure optimal availability.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Maintaining and fine-tuning stock forecasts using advanced systems and MRP tools in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Creating and managing purchase orders with suppliers based on forecast data, lead times, and system outputs.
- Working closely with suppliers and customers to foster open communication and real-time data exchange across the supply chain.
- Providing accurate, timely reporting on stock positions, highlighting potential risks
- Planning production runs to convert raw materials into finished goods efficiently
- Supporting new product launches and discontinuations to minimize waste and disruption.
- Ensuring data accuracy by collating and managing key master data within business systems.
- Updating stakeholders with detailed availability reports and material status.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a supply chain or planning role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong forecasting capability and a passion for systems, data, and process improvement.
- Skilled in working with both suppliers and customers, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex data sets.
- Advanced IT proficiency, especially in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and reference formulas).
