Hours: Sunday 9.30pm- 5.45am, Monday to Thursday 9.45pm-5.45am

Pay: £15.43 per hour.

Are you looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing with excellent career progression? We are recruiting Grit Blasters for a global leader in precision manufacturing. This role is physically demanding but offers great opportunities to develop specialist skills and grow within the company.

As a Grit Blaster, you will be responsible for:

• Using high-pressure blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal components
• Removing surface imperfections to ensure a high-quality finish
• Working with precision to meet strict quality standards
• Following detailed manufacturing processes and safety guidelines

Grit Blaster Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role involves handling blasting equipment
• Good attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in grit blasting, shot blasting, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
