Telemarketing Administrator

If you are a proactive, organized, and confident communicator who would enjoy being a key support within Sales and Marketing, this would be a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
  • Booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Updating and maintaining CRM databases with accurate information
  • Making use of mail-merge and other digital media to present the company to stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external sales & marketing colleagues as required to help develop opportunities results
  • Following up on quotes by contacting customers by phone or email
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client communication
  • Handling inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately

Skills and experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with an ability to pick up new CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn about the product range
  • A positive attitude and excellent team player.

Based in Ledbury, this is a fully office- based role.

Salary - £23,809.00 + 10%
