Trade Sales Administrator
If you thrive on being part of a busy, 'hands on' team where the workload can be fast paced during peak times, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a successful local business. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail, you will be used to working in a similar position and be confident in following processes. Due to the location of the company, own transport is essential.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from customers
- Providing quotes using the in-house system
- Processing orders
- Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with customers and production management
- Following up on quotes in a timely manner
- Liaising with the factory with regards to progress of orders
- Maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones with customers
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong administration and computer skills
