Days out or holidays with my family, long weekends fishing, movies or Xbox, watching Worcester Warriors and Formula 1.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
Mind control so that I could convince my bank manager that I really do have £1m in my bank account!
What is your proudest moment?
Becoming a Dad to my two girls – nothing beats that!

Describe a personal hero of yours
My Grandad. He spent most of World War 2 as a prisoner of war and survived – a true hero!
What advice would you give to someone looking to join the recruitment industry?
Be selective. Find an agency that will genuinely put the time and effort in to allow you to learn the ropes and develop and allow you to focus on the end result rather than simply making 100’s of sales calls!
