We're delighted to introduce Jemma, our new Trainee Recruitment Consultant on the Industrial Temp desk.
Jemma is based in the Kidderminster office, working alongside Branch Manager Di, Senior Consultants Sarah, Lisa and Recruitment Assistant, Gotsa.
"Hello I’m Jemma and I started working a Hewett’s in February 2019 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on the Industrial division. I started my career in recruitment in Bromsgrove on a Construction desk, resourcing and placing people into Temp work on construction sites.
I have always wanted to work a Hewett’s so as soon as an opportunity appeared I jumped at the chance to apply, and was lucky enough to be chosen for the position. Since I’ve been at Hewett’s I have really enjoyed working here, the job is very fast paced and always keeps me busy which is something I look for within a work environment. They have a great training program which I am looking forward to completing to help me succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. The team here are very friendly and have made me feel very welcome since day one.
