Hewett Recruitment have been named 'Worcestershire Business Advisors' by Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership and the Worcestershire Growth Hub, meaning we will now be hosting specialised sessions covering recruitment and workforce planning.
These sessions are fully funded and accessible to businesses of all sizes and backgrounds, located in Worcestershire.

What is the Business Advisor Programme?
Worcestershire Growth Hub's Business Advisors programme provides FREE 1-2-1 advice to Worcestershire businesses, from specialist advisors in the county. The support from these business advisors is free to businesses and delivered in a 1-1 format with some larger events coming up later in the year. Five delivery partners/specialist business advisors, will be brought on to provide support on specialised topics to help businesses recover and grow.
Who is the programme for?
The Business Advisor Workforce Planning programme is designed for local businesses who are looking to grow and overcome their recruitment and workforce challenges with specialist 1-1 support with the experts. Any businesses in Worcestershire are eligible to join the programme, so don't hesitate to reach out!
Workforce Planning Workshop:
The Workforce Planning workshops, delivered by Hewett Recruitment Directors, Ben Mannion and Laura Hewett, alongside their internal Strategic Marketing Executive, are bespoke half-day sessions offering 1-1 support for individual businesses. During the workshop, the Hewett Team deep dive into your business, starting with a diagnostic session to establish where support is most needed. From there, advice and training will be provided on the subject(s) most relevant to you.
