2nd Line IT Support

This is an opportunity to become a part of a fast growing company based in Stourbridge. My client is looking for a person that will thrive in their open and dynamic environment. You'll be pro-active, motivated and a great team player. They are looking for someone with a real passion for technology.

As a successful 2nd Line IT Support Technician you will be responsible for:

* Dealing with and managing support queries over the phone, by email and remotely to resolution
* Visit to sites to address issues or work on projects
* Escalate issues if necessary
* Supporting multiple operating systems incluidng windows, mac and linux
* Network troubleshooting
* Producing documentation on fixes, bugs and resolutions
* Supporting virtual servers

As a successful Support Technician you will need to be experienced with:
* 2 years of commercial experience in IT Support
* Good technical knowledge
* A passion for technology

You must also have access to your own car due to travel to different sites.
