Assembly Operative - Bromsgrove

Salary - Basic Hourly Rate £10.90 per hour+ Attendance Bonus (Up to 60p p/h with 100% attendance per month)

12 hour shifts - Days - 7am-7pm- Full Time Hours!

Standard Shift Pattern is below-

Week 1- Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Sunday off.

Week2- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then off Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (so 7 days off)

Revert back to week 1.

A great opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established technical manufacturer that specialises in producing parts and components for the medical industry sector.

As an Assembly Operative, your focus will be on collating parts, supporting the Production team and working to industry standards.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities;

• Support the production team
• Assemble components and products
• Assist with continuous improvement projects
• Ensure that the production environment is clean & tidy
• Ensure that products meet the exact design specifications

Assembly Operative Requirements;

• Good communication skills are essential
• No experience is required as full training is provided
• Must be a team player
• Good attention to detail is essential
