Are you detail-focused, practical, and ready to play a key role in creating high-quality, technically advanced components? We're looking for a Wax Press Operative to join a fast-paced, supportive manufacturing team - where your work really matters.

You'll help shape components used in critical industries like aerospace, energy, and engineering. This is hands-on work with real impact, offering full training, a structured path to progress, and a strong safety-first culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and support wax press machinery to precise specifications.
• Hand-finish products to exacting standards.
• Follow detailed technical cards and written instructions.
• Learn about specialist wax materials and their effect on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area.
• Commit to excellent health & safety practices at all times.
• Share knowledge, support your team, and help train others.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous manufacturing experience (wax experience is a bonus!)
• Strong focus on quality and precision
• Confidence using technical documentation and computers
• Calm under pressure, team-focused, and clear communicator
• Working knowledge of production software such as Q-Pulse or Sypro (desirable)

Qualifications & Certifications:

• GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C or equivalent)
• Valid Hoist & Hook certification
• Forklift Truck Counterbalance License (required if moving materials)

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Physically fit and able to lift, pull, and move parts and equipment
• Good eyesight (corrective lenses/glasses are fine)
