Your Role Will Involve:
- Using CMM equipment (preferably Mitutoyo), Magna Mike, and wall stock tools
- Carrying out airfoil profile best fitting
- Following data sheets and SOPs to meet production targets
- Recording and retrieving inspection data using computer systems
- Flagging faults and supporting process improvements
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Sharing knowledge and helping train others
- Complying with health & safety and quality standards

What You'll Need:
- Some experience in metalwork, castings, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
- Comfortable using hand tools, air tools, and computer-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Work Environment & Health Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and manual work required
- Vision correction (glasses/contacts) acceptable
- Health assessments include hearing, respiratory, and HAVS monitoring
- PPE and training provided
