As a successful Business Analyst you will have experience in:
* Take ownership of requirements gathering

• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria to translate the requirements into clear deliverables.
• Manage a backlog, help clients understand their priorities and maintain focus on the most important features
• Play a key role in an agile delivery team by taking an active part in agile ceremonies and be the go-to person on delivery detail
• Collaborating with developers and design teams to clarify requirements.
• Evaluate the technical impacts and other business or change impacts that come from the solutions you produce.
• Deliver gap analysis against proposed technologies.
• Scope and plan the management of client projects.
• Continuously improve client solutions and ways of working.

As a successful Business Analyst you will be responsible for
* Managing and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
* Working with and managing customer expectations to ensure satisfactory delivery of service
* Working closely with scrum team and developers


It would be beneficial that as a Business Analyst you have had experience in any of the following:
* Software Delivery experience
* Requirement gathering
* 3+ years' experience as an Agile Business Analyst
* Agile/Scrum/Kanban

You should be:
* Tenacious
* Conscientious
* Excellent communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Flexible against a changing technical environment


This role offers a salary of between £30-45k per annum (dep on experience) is located in Malvern and is commutable from Worcester, Birmingham, Pershore, Evesham, Kidderminster, Cleobury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Tewkesbury, Bewdley, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Dudley, West Bromwich, Solihull, Hereford, Stourport-on-Severn and Warwick.
