Client Services Coordinator

The Client Services Coordinator will have responsibility for providing a high level of support to clients and assisting the Management team with all day to day administrative duties. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you will be able to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Checking incoming supplier invoices
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Supporting sales with obtaining quotes, raising quotations for smaller projects and ensuring work is delivered within agreed timescale
  • Liaising with clients to ensure that work has been completed to required standard
  • Supporting the Management team with administrative duties as required
  • Receiving incoming calls

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong Microsoft office skills, including an ability to produce spreadsheets
  • Experience of Sage HR and accounting software would be beneficial
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Positive 'can do' attitude

Salary - £20,212.40

Hours - 9.30am - 5pm (32.5 per week)

Location - Home based within easy access of Worcester / Malvern / Surrounding areas
