My client is an innovative and specialist engineering solutions provider for the agricultural industry sector. They are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to identify and implement CI activities on manufacturing processes.

Continuous Improvement Engineer Responsibilities;

• Develop a continuous improvement strategy
• Identify areas of improvement across the manufacturing sectors
• Identify, design and test new production methods/tools
• Provide technical support to the wider production team
• Assist with implementing a continuous improvement culture

Continuous Improvement Engineer Requirements;

• Degrees in Engineering, ideally in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing systems or similar
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles is essential
• Able to work on several projects at once
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player
• Able to organise and manage projects from initial concept to delivery

This Continuous Improvement Engineer opportunity is based in Ledbury and is commutable from Malvern, Hereford, Tewkesbury and Ross-on-Wye.
