This role plays a crucial part in supporting our team with project work. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to continuous improvement and creating better working environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support project administration and management
- Provide business planning and management reporting to the leadership team
- Ensure all client projects meet agreed standards and goals
- Lead efforts in ISO compliance
- Data Analysis
- Develop processes to ensure quality in work
- Collaborate with teams to establish quality objectives
- Manage project resources
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/certification in business, operations or project management
- Proven track record in a project based role
- Expertise in process improvement
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management software
Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
