This role plays a crucial part in supporting our team with project work. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to continuous improvement and creating better working environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project administration and management
  • Provide business planning and management reporting to the leadership team
  • Ensure all client projects meet agreed standards and goals
  • Lead efforts in ISO compliance
  • Data Analysis
  • Develop processes to ensure quality in work
  • Collaborate with teams to establish quality objectives
  • Manage project resources

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/certification in business, operations or project management
  • Proven track record in a project based role
  • Expertise in process improvement
  • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management software

Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
