Dual speaking Customer Service Co-ordinator

We are looking for a highly professional French-speaking Customer Care Co-ordinator located in Worcester. You will be the first point of contact for our French and UK customers, mainly via the telephone and email. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service through processing orders accurately and handling enquiries and complaints in an efficient and proactive manner.

Start date: Immediate start

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from the UK and France
  • Data entry onto the in house data base
  • Order processing
  • Maintaining credit control for France
  • Making regular contact with our French customers to reduce aged debt and resolve outstanding payments

Fluent (both verbal and written) in French

Pay: £11 -12 per hour full time Monday - Friday 08:15 - 17:15 early finish at 15:30 on Friday's.
