We have a new temp, ongoing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business in the Kidderminster area.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers and courriers over phone, face to face and via email
• First point of contact for incoming calls to the office
• Assisting with warehouse queries and finding orders
• Updating databases

Customer Service Advisor requirements:

• Confident and professional when speaking to clients over the phone and in person
• Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Highly motivated and diverse to work in the office and actively help in the warehouse with queries and stock enquiries.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm

Pay:

£8.91 per hour
