Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Are you looking for a customer service role where:

As a successful Customer Service Co-ordinator you will be required to:

*Manage incoming phone calls and act as a first point of contact for all customers
*Respond to email enquiries
*Liaise with all team members to ensure customer queries are passed onto the relevant department
*Deal with customer order issues, complaints and queries
*Assist in managing website enquiries

To be considered for this Customer Service Co-Ordinator role you must:

*Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks
*Be highly self-motivated
*Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, telephone and face to face)
*Work well within a team
*Be methodical and organised
*Hold a full driving license and own transportation

It would be advantageous for this Customer Service Co-ordinator to:

*Have prior experience working within a customer facing role

This role is based in Worcester, with an immediate start and offers a salary of up to 18K depending on experience.
