Customer Services Administrator

If you are a strong administrator who has excellent customer service skills and you would thrive on working in a positive and supportive team environment, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
*Good communication skills
*An ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
*The ability to prioritise your workload

As a Customer Service Administrator and Sales Order Processor you will:

*Check customers' account details and sales contracts to ensure orders are processed correctly
*Process sales orders
*Liaise with the sales team to gather information about customers and their requirements
*Take sales orders and answer customer queries over the telephone and on email
*Deal with customer complaints as required
*General office administration as required

It is essential that you can demonstrate:

*A real 'team player' attitude
*Be a natural self-starter
*Strong organisational and administration skills
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
