Customer Service and Sales Executive

Working as part of a small, dynamic Customer Service / Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional level of customer service for external and internal customers. As the first point of contact, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work closely with both the sales and accounts teams.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Being the crucial point of contact for all customers with queries concerning orders or deliveries
  • Processing orders by telephone and email
  • Processing orders as well as payments over the phone
  • Ensuring that all orders include the accurate prices, discounts and product numbers
  • Providing sales and administrative support to the Sales team
  • Researching and developing new potential business through B2B calls and emails
  • Ensuring all information and leads are recorded on database
  • Providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Team

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills with high levels of accuracy
  • Exceptional team player
  • Willingness to work collaboratively across internal teams

This is a full time office based role in Worcester.
