My client is a well-established company that designs, manufactures and supplies a range of bespoke products. As a Design Engineer, your role will focus on managing design projects from initial concept to delivery, gathering design specifications from clients, producing technical designs and convert drawings to CNC programs.

Design Engineer Responsibilities;

• Interpret and translate customer technical requirements into detailed designs
• Create detailed designs using SolidWorks
• Convert designs and create CNC programs for manufacturing processes
• Managing design projects from initial concept to delivery
• Provide technical support to the wider engineering team

Design Engineer Experience;

• Experienced working in a Design Engineer position
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Experienced in managing design projects
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM process would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be a team player
