Development Manager responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Software developers across a range of languages and skillsets
• Define the overall strategy and approach for the development of projects
• Take full Responsibility for ensuring the software development function runs efficiently and effectively within the business

Development Manager Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of all software development, testing and hardware environments including networking
• Awareness for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrable team leadership experience, with an ability to manage and motivate a team and lead by example.
