Executive Assistant / Business Operations Support

If you are you an exceptionally organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant with a strong commercial and busoiness acumen, this could be a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to the Directors / Senior Management team.

This is a key role within the senior tier of the organisation and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You'll be the go-to person for critical business support, helping to keep day to day operations smooth and the leadership focused. Experience in multi diary management and travel arrangements is essential.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Coordinate Board and Management meetings: schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions
  • Manage executive diaries and appointments
  • Organise overseas travel
  • Prepare presentations and write reports for senior stakeholders
  • Collate and circulate monthly business reports
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Handle visitor logistics and hospitality
  • Manage office filing systems and general administration
  • Support company vehicle and insurance needs
  • Liaise with HR on internal communications and company news
  • Plan internal and external events
  • Provide occasional support with personal diaries for the executive team

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven success in a senior-level Executive Assistant role
  • Strong experience managing executive calendars and board-level meetings
