Are you an experienced logistics or export admin professional with a passion for international trade and supply chain excellence? Join a dynamic and fast-paced team where you'll play a vital role in driving the efficiency and compliance of the global import and export operations.

About the Role

As an Import & Export Logistics Admin you will be at the heart of our international logistics activity. You'll manage end-to-end import and export processes, liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods. Your work will directly support operational excellence, cost optimisation, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily import/export logistics operations across multiple transport modes

  • Book and manage international shipments, ensuring efficiency and compliance

  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation including invoices, customs entries, and declarations

  • Track key logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to international trade regulations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve logistics challenges

  • Drive haulage recovery and conduct cost analysis to support budget control

  • Represent the Logistics team in meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives

  • Maintain and update procedures and best practices within the logistics function
