My client is a well-established firm, manufacturing bespoke factory automation systems. We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join an existing team, following a new investment into their fabrication unit. This is a permanent position with focus on welding and running a press brake, with scope to learn to run other CNC & Laser.

Fabricator/Welder Responsibilities:

• Welding and running press brake
• Managing the workflow
• Interpreting technical drawings
• Ensuring H&S and work logs are followed and up to date

Fabricator/Welder Requirements:

• Experience in MIG/TIG Welding
• Experience in running a press brake

• Able to work on your own, to hight standards

• Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude are essential

This Fabricator/Welder opportunity is based in Alcester until end of 2025 and from 2026 will be based near Cheltenham so you will need to be able to access both locations comfortably.
