Temp Finance Assistant

Office working full-time in Worcester

Working hours 9am-5:30pm - can be some flexibility on these hours

Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour with weekly pay

Temp contract on a week-on-week basis - maximum of 3 month contract

Our company is seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our clients team as a Temporary Finance Assistant to cover sickness. If you are a Credit Controller who also works in Purchase Ledger, this could be the role for you!

Temp Finance Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients for timely payment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of outstanding debts.
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.

Temp Finance Assistant - Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in credit control and purchase ledger roles.
  • Familiarity with finance systems; experience with SAP B1 is a beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
