Finished Goods Operative

We have a brand new Temp-Perm opportunity to join a new client based in Worcester! Having recently moved into a brand-new purpose-built facility, our client are looking to expand their team!

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team? We're looking for a Finished Goods Operative to work across production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Goods Handling - Receive and inspect finished products from production, ensuring they meet quality standards. Label, palletise, wrap, and store goods correctly while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

• Stock Control - Record stock movements using scanners or systems, assist with routine stock checks and audits, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.

• Despatch - Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare pallets with correct documentation, and support the safe loading of goods for delivery.

• Warehouse Support - Support production teams with movement of materials when required.

Finished Goods Operative Requirements -

• Strong attention to detail
• Good English & basic numeracy skills
• Reliable, punctual & team-focused
• Comfortable with physical work
• Warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Forklift licence advantages (Counterbalance/Reach/PPT)

Hours - Mon-Thurs: 7am-3.30pm / Friday: 7am-2.30pm

Pay - £13.13 per hour
