There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company that designs, develops and manufactures a range of bespoke products as a Hardware Cell Manager. As a Hardware Cell Manager your role will focus on managing the manufacturing team, ensure production targets are met and ensure that products meet the exact design specifications.

Hardware Cell Manager Responsibilities;

• Managing and leading a manufacturing team
• Planning, organizing, delegating and monitoring the work of the team
• Ensure that production targets are met
• Provide technical support to management and the wider engineering team
• Identify and drive continuous improvement projects
• Forecasting and managing departments budgets
• Ensuring adherence to the Health & Safety policy
• Motivate and coach the team to operational success

Hardware Cell Manager Requirements;

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing
• Formal leadership qualification such as ILM
• Previous experience in managing a Manufacturing department
• Previous experience in Lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Experience of ISO standards would be advantageous
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
• Experience in manufacturing engineering in an ISO 9001 environment
