Internal Sales Executive
Location: Elmley Lovett, Droitwich.
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 + Bonus.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.
Are you a driven, results-focused sales professional who thrives in a collaborative environment? Our client is looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales, account management or customer services to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for sales enquiries - providing price & delivery guidance, checking serial numbers, offering alternative stocked options, and issuing formal quotations.
- Assisting customers with product selections.
- Managing the full sales cycle from order to completion, ensuring all documentation (technical data sheets, shipping docs, certifications, etc.) is accurate and timely.
- Processing purchase orders and invoicing.
- Liaising with head office, suppliers, and transport companies to track progress and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an internal sales role (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
