The Company

An established and growing business supplying to the food manufacturing industry sector. They pride themselves on the flexibility and attention to detail of their service, distributing to both European and UK specialist manufacturers.

The Role

Responsible for administering all incoming International sales orders and supporting requests coming in from the Export Manager relative to incoming new and existing customer accounts along with the day to day order management of all assigned Export accounts.

Responsibilities

Facilitating all actions necessary to assist the International Sales Support Executive.
Provide timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer services.
Ensure that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours.
Ensure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externally.
Customer services tasks like: handling orders, specification requests, sample requests, etc.
Completing all necessary Export documentation in line with Export procedures (Prepare documents such as Certificate of Origins, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Health Certificates, Certificates of Analysis etc).
Daily liaison with our Supply Partners to ensure customer's delivery dates are met.
Organising road transport, sea or airfreight as per customer's request.
Follow-up on orders, contracts, forecasts for Key Accounts on a regularly basis.
Responding to emails, phone calls and queries in a timely manner.
Liaising with various departments companywide including, but not limited to, technical, production and accounts.

Requirements

Min 5 years' experience in Customer service.
High sense of service and experience in dealing with different cultures (empathy).
Demonstrated prior success in Customer service
Good computer skills to Intermediate level in MS Office (all packages) and SAP.
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work on their own initiative and demonstrate good prioritisation skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Full EU driving licence.
Good at working in a team environment.
Should be prepared to take part in any developmental training as required.
