Junior Software Developer

My client is a successful and growing software company that delivers custom-built desktop and web applications designed around customer needs across the UK. They are seeking a Junior Software Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience in .NET and Angular to join their team and help deliver reliable, high-quality software for customer business management.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will:

Contribute to the design, development, and testing of desktop applications in .NET and web applications using Angular.
Work with SQL Server databases, including writing queries and building SSRS reports.
Visit customer sites to install, implement, and configure products, gaining direct exposure to real-world systems
Deliver product demonstrations and training, showing customers how to get the most from their tailored software.
Collaborate with senior developers, stakeholders, and customers to create practical, effective solutions.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year of experience with C# .NET for desktop or backend development.
Some hands-on experience with Angular (or a similar frontend framework).
Knowledge of SQL Server; experience with SSRS reporting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing situations.
A proactive, problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn.
Full UK driving licence - essential, as the role involves regular site visits.
