Marketing Executive
Location: Ledbury | Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join a market-leading HVAC manufacturing business with a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and technical excellence.
This is a key role reporting to the Sales Office Manager, offering the opportunity to make a real impact by shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly influence business growth and brand positioning.
You will be involved in....
Strategic Impact: This is a hands-on role where your ideas, creativity, and expertise will drive meaningful marketing outcomes - not just campaigns for the sake of activity.
Growth Opportunity: You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-value marketing initiatives aligned to ambitious - yet realistic - business objectives.
Collaborative Culture: Be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a positive, forward-thinking office environment where your contributions are valued.
Autonomy & Ownership: You'll have the space to lead projects from concept through to execution, with minimal reliance on external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with budget and commercial goals.
Develop and manage in-house marketing campaigns - including content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and social media.
Generate high-quality, marketing-qualified leads to support the company's commercial objectives and growth targets.
Own internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity.
Build relationships with industry publications and develop editorial and advertising opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and positioning.
Conduct market research on key business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Enhance the company's SEO strategy to maintain a market-leading digital presence.
Lead on marketing collateral - including website content, sales literature, newsletters, email marketing, PR, and more.
Support KPI development and deliver regular reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
Manage company events and trade shows, supporting the brand and business development goals.
Assist the sales team with key account promotion and targeted campaign activity.
Oversee the design and distribution of branded promotional materials.
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
CIM qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for creativity backed by a results-driven mindset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, capable Marketing Executive.
