Office Administrator
Office Working full time 37.5 hours in Kidderminster
Temporary contract for 3 months
Hourly rate: Around £13.33 per hour with weekly pay, depending on experience.

Office Administrator - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments.
- Ensure timely document preparation and managing spreadsheets.
- Updating databases, managing emails and preparing quotes.
- Provide administrative support, checking accuracy and ensuring processes are completed effectively.
Office Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office functions.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to change.
- Able to work independently, following departmental policy, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a sympathetic and tactful manner.
