Office Administrator
Are you looking for a varied Office Administrator position for a small organisation, where you can really make a difference? The role is approx. 20 hours a week over 5 days.
The nature of working for such a small organisation means that you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of tasks, ranging from minute-taking for high level board meetings, to making the tea! The ideal person for this role would be a meticulous and experienced administrator with a friendly, down-to-earth personality who is happy to muck in with the team.
Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Minute-taking for board meetings
- Preparing papers for board meetings
- General administration
- Letter writing / writing press releases
- Diary management using outlook
- Answering the telephone
- Accurately inputting data
- Liaising with office suppliers and placing orders
Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Solid administration experience in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional in dealing with people over the telephone
- Adaptable and quick-thinking
- On appointment, the client will carry out an enhanced DBS
- You will need to have your own car and driving licence
Based in Kidderminster, the salary is £20-22K pro-rata for 20 hours, dependent on experience
