Office Administrator
Working for a well-established, prestigious Wealth Management company who offer a high quality service to their portfolio of clients, the Financial Planning Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Administration Manager on all areas of Administration. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you will also have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing high quality administrative support to a designated portfolio of clients
- Processing and collating client information
- Ensuring clients are retained by providing a regular and efficient service
- Preparing all Client Reviews and processing new business
- Liaising with all Agency providers
- Inputting accounts and expenses
- Keeping up to date with all new literature and information on procedures
- Any other duties as required
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player
Based in the centre of Worcester, our client is looking for a full time person - Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, salary up to c£19.5k (dep on exp).
