We are currently recruiting an Assembly Production Operative to join the Ceramics department of a global leader in precision manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected company. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting moulds to ensure they meet high-quality standards

• Using ceramic materials to smooth out imperfections and achieve a perfect finish

• Handling small, delicate components with care and precision

• Following set manufacturing processes and quality guidelines

• Working in a seated position throughout the shift

Requirements

• High levels of patience and attention to detail

• A steady hand and ability to focus on intricate tasks

• Ideal for candidates with an interest in model making, crafts, or fine detail work

• Ability to follow instructions and work to strict quality standards

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• No prior experience needed - full training provided

Working Hours (Weekly Rotating Shifts)

Early Shift:

• Monday - Thursday: 5:45am - 1:45pm

• Friday: 5:45am - 11:45am

Late Shift:

• Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

• Friday: 12:00pm - 7:05pm
