Part time Administrator

Are you looking for a part time Administrator role where:
*You will be part of a lively and entrepreneurial organisation who are market leaders in their field
*You will proactively support the sales team and their clients

As a part time Administrator your key duties and responsibilities will include:
*Answering and directing calls, opening post, greeting visitors to the office and ordering stationary
*Maintaining stock and inventory database
*Raising sales orders and invoices
*Organising dispatch of product, updating dispatch notices and liaising with the external warehouse to manage dispatch
*Completion of company card expenses
*Organising fortnightly team meetings and lunches, booking travel and accommodation, researching and booking training courses for team members
*Representing the company at meetings as required

To be considered for this part time Administrator role the following skills and experience are necessary:

*Excellent communication and administration skills
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
*Knowledge or prior experience of NetSuite (advantageous but not essential)
*Demonstration of pragmatism, flexibility, self-motivation and a willingness to learn

This Office Administrator role is 20 hours per week (9:30-1:30 Mon-Fri) offering a salary of £20K pro rata.
