Job description
Part time Office Administrator
This is an excellent opportunity for a 'hands on' administrator who love to play an integral part within a small business and support on all day to day business administration and operations.
Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Ensuring data held on systems is accurate and up to date
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic accounting tasks
- Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members
- Arranging training courses, co-ordinating staff development
- Scheduling office meetings and taking meeting minutes for internal meetings
- Managing ISO 9001, Safe Contractor and Legionella Control Association memberships
- Responding to questions and requests for information from customers and suppliers in a timely and professional manner
- Website updates, preparation of case studies, general Website maintenance
- Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
- Any other tasks as requested by management
Skills and experience required:
- Previous office administration experience
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
- Methodical and organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience of working with Sage One accounts (advantageous)
- Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous)
- Experience of working with ISO 9001 quality systems (advantageous)
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities to develop role and work scope further
- Able to work independently and on own initiative
Salary (£24k - £28k pro rata (depending on experience)
Hours 22.5 hours per week with flexibility between Monday - Friday
