Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules
• Develop manufacturing processes
• Oversee and supervise all production
• Staff management, including recruiting and training
• Analyse data and report to senior management

Production Manager Requirements:

• Experience in Production Management is essential
• Experience in production control and planning
• Strong ERP knowledge
• Proficient in use of MS Office
• Excellent communication and relationship building skils

Based in Malvern, this Production Manager position is commutable from Kidderminster, Redditch, Hereford, Worcester, Cheltenham, Evesham and Pershore.
