Production Operative

Production operative - Hartlebury Trading Estate

This role will involve working across Monday - Sunday following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern meaning the right person for this role should be used to working a continental shift pattern and happy to work 12 hour shifts.

This is a temporary ongoing position based in Hartlebury, and the right candidte should ideally have their own transport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance and cleaning on plant as required
• Monitor and record production parameters
• General production and machine operation
• Communicate with management and peers regarding production requirements
• Work to a high level of quality
• Flexibility to cover operatives and take on new tasks
• Carry out occasional machinery checks

Requirements:

• Excellent housekeeping standards
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Previous production experience is essential
• Flexibility to cover operatives, take on new tasks

Hours:

Monday - Sunday 4 on 4 off

6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

Pay:

• Basic rate - £14.05 p/hr
• Sat/Sun Days - £17.56p/hr
• Fri/Sat Nights - £18.96p/hr
• Overtime - £21.07p/hr
