Hours: Nights - Sun 9.30pm to 5.45am and M-Th 9.45pm to 5.45am

Pay: £16.31 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our client's expert team based in Droitwich. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
• Using specialist tools and techniques to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Working to detailed specifications and manufacturing processes to ensure precision and consistency

What We're Looking For:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, as the role can be demanding
• A keen eye for detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Ability to use hand tools and polishing equipment (full training provided)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in metal finishing, polishing, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
• CMM experience would be fantastic, but not essential
