Order Processing and Sales Administrator

Kidderminster

Temp to perm

Salary: £11 per hour with weekly pay

As an Order Processing and Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders, coordinating with team members to fulfil orders in a timely manner, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers to confirm shipments and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

The role will be 4 days a week. Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 17:00. This may move to 5 days a week in the future.

Order Processing & Shipping Administrator- Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process orders
  • Coordinate with team members to fulfil orders promptly
  • Answering phones and email communication
  • Prepare necessary documentation
  • Ordering of materials

Order Processing & Shipping Administrator - Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Literate
