Out client is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke packaging solutions for a wide array of industry sectors. As a Shift Engineer, you will complete PPMs and respond to any breakdowns to ensure the production is running without delay.

This is a 24/7 operation which will require working 12 hour shifts both days and nights. This is a Panama pattern and you will have every other weekend off.

Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - (07:00-19:00/19:00-07:00)

Shift Engineer Responsibilities:

• Complete all PPMs
• Respond to breakdowns
• Book parts needed
• Document all work

Shift Engineer Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, 3+ years
• Electrical and mechanical skills are essential
• PLC knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• Computer literate

Based in Ledbury, this Shift Engineer role is commutable from Malvern, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Ross-on-Wye and Hereford.
