Due to recent investment, they are currently looking for a highly skilled and competent Software Development Manager, who can take the lead on the software development and software support, as well as implement and deliver a strategy and vision across a range of software projects.

Software Development Manager responsibilities:

• Take the lead and responsibility across a small team of Software Developers, including 3 based in the UK and 2 overseas.
• Define the overall strategy and approach for the development of projects
• Ensure the software development function runs efficiently and effectively within the business
• Liaise with stakeholders and communicate with different members within the business

Software Development Manager Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of software development, particularly ASP.Net, C# and SQL
• Demonstrable management and leadership experience within a software development team, with an ability to manage and motivate a team and lead by example.
