Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will develop proactive talent pipelines, lead workforce planning, manage external labour providers, and embed recruitment best practices that align with a fast-moving business. This is perfect for someone who is passionate about shaping talent strategies and re-defining recruitment.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, creating pipelines for future roles, enabling growth, and enhancing employer brand.
  • Drive workforce planning and organisational development, ensuring critical roles and skill gaps are identified and planned for.
  • Manage relationships with external labour providers and recruitment agencies, overseeing contracts, performance, audits, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion compliance across Right to Work legislation, visa sponsorship, and employment law.
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding strategies that enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Coach and develop managers, equipping them with the confidence and capability to recruit and lead effectively.

Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and labour provider management.
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law, RTW checks, and visa sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, improve compliance, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Strategic mindset, combined with the ability to be proactive and people centric.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen, HR systems knowledge, and a passion for building great teams.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (preferred)
